Eligible to return
Items may be returned if it was not size-fit, contains defect, and any other correct cause for you not to satisfy. The returns will only apply in case when all of these requirements are eligible for return conditions:
- The item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- All the accompanying accessories or tags are included.
- The return request is made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We hold the right to decline a return if these conditions are not met.
Return process
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed. Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund policy
Refund shall be made through bank transfer. After verifying the situation and receiving the goods back, we will start with a refund. This depends on your bank's processing time, but expect the amount to reflect in your bank account within 10 business days.
Cash-on-delivery payment
As cash on delivery is available for payments, refunds can only be processed by deducting the rental amount. Other price-rented items won't be refunded.
Compliance with the PDPO
We consider all personal data used in returns and refunds in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO). Your information is used solely for processing your request and is kept protected at all times.
